Music can also be a great way to fall asleep. Our Pandora fave’s include Nature Radio, Ocean waves radio, and calm meditation radio.
A few key things you should know before you go to bed that could make or break a good night’s sleep:
- Try covering all unnatural light in the room such as alarm clock, stereo, and phone.
- Turn your phone on silent or do not disturbed mode.
- Try to avoid using your phone for texts, calls, and social media 45-mintues before bed.
- When using the music and meditation apps on your phone, be sure to place your phone face down to avoid incoming notifications.
