Shaye Wopsock is a member of the Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation in Fort Duchesne, Utah. He is the Nutrition/Fitness Specialist for the Painted Horse Diabetes Prevention Program. Shaye provides exercise classes, basic nutrition education and conducts the walking clubs for the tribal communities. He is certified by the Native American Fitness Council as a Personal Trainer, Functional Exercise and Medical Conditions & Exercise trainer. He also holds a Classic Culinary Arts Diploma from The International Culinary Arts Center of California, formally known as The French Culinary Institute. He strives to be an example of positive change for health and wellness.
