Neemah Cobell is a 17 year old senior in Seattle, Washington. She is a member of the Blackfeet Nation. Some of her hobbies include: drumming, singing, beading, and painting. When she is not going to school or working as a science interpreter at the Pacific Science Center, you can find her hanging with friends, going to pow wows, or eating noodles. Neemah has been an active member of Red Eagle Soaring Native Youth Theater for almost 5 years. Here is where she participates in theater productions that give the greater community a perspective about issues affecting the Native community. Neemah is passionate about making a difference in her Native community both in Seattle and on her reservation. She hopes to move her advocacy from the stage to the courtroom with a law degree. She is excited to learn new skills she hopes to gain from being a We R Native ambassador.
