Are Indigenous people from Canada and Central America and South America allowed in Native American spaces? Or is it meant for Indigenous people in the United States?

Federally recognized tribes are considered sovereign nations. Reservations are generally open to the public. However, there are times when tribes will close ‘their doors’ to anyone outside of the tribe for special ceremonies. If this were the case, there would be some sort of notification like signs when entering the reservation, or perhaps notice in the local or State newspaper and/ or radio stations.
If you’re talking about sacred ceremonial spaces, usually those are not open to the public or for those outside the tribe unless special permission is given.
