Often when you are trying to find exercising tips on the internet, you see many pictures of fitness models and bodybuilders. In the world of over-idealized bodies portrayed in the media, many people want to look like them.
In reality, all of the photos and videos of these models have to go through extensive preparation—such as extreme dieting and controlling water intake—to achieve the look. Also, photographers and videographers need to have them “oiled” up and have good lighting to show the perfect body.
In the end, these people will only look the best for a short period of time. No human can retain the perfect body to look forever. Once they go back to their regular diet, that look is gone. Because the pictures are portrayed in the best way for the models and bodybuilders, many try to attain an impossible goal—to look like them.
The perfect body is the one you have right now. All you are trying to do is to be the best version of yourself. That is it! Ignore the noise and achieve your fitness goals!
