February is the month of love and a time to recognize that special someone. This year, instead of going out, try making something at home that’s a healthy alternative to boring ol’ pancakes….Cooking as a couple can be a perfect way to fan the flames or ignite that spark. And while things heat up in the kitchen, don’t forget to use your condom sense in the bedroom 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Mash up bananas in a large bowl
- Whisk eggs (using a fork is just fine!) and add to banana paste
- Add a teaspoon of cinnamon
- Fry in a pan with a little heated oil or butter
You can cook one with butter and the other with coconut oil (for the lactose peeps).
