For about 1 ½ to 2 cups of seeds
Classic:
2 tbsp Melted butter/olive oil
¼ tsp Salt
Honey Cinnamon:
2 tbsp Melted butter/coconut oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Honey
Garlic Parmesan:
2 tbsp Olive oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Garlic powder
¼ tsp Salt
Spicy lime:
2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tsp Chili powder
¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
¼ tsp Salt
Instructions:
- 1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 2.Toss seeds in a bowl with the mix of choice. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
