Colonization led our people to believe that Western medicine, foods, and technology would improve our health. In fact, the overall health and well-being of our people were vastly superior before the introduction of Western toxins. The Euro-American culture has furthermore influenced our people to devalue the spirituality of food. Ultimately leading to the health decline of our people.
After a long pause from the balanced lifestyles of our ancestors, it is time to reclaim our health! Our ancestors lived in harmony with nature and ate local diets of protein, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They hunted, fished, gathered, and prepared food seasonally. They were active and fit, and were able to withstand and thrive within the elements of nature. Now is our time!
By re-adopting an Ancestral diet, you strengthen the spiritual tie to Mother Earth. Natural, whole food is organic matter that is made up of superior energy because it is from the earth’s soil. Processed foods and alcohol, on the other hand, is made with inferior energy. Our ancestors believed eating food made from nature gets the best energy.
After adapting to an Ancestral diet—free of alcohol and other mind/mood altering substances—your body will be stronger and more responsive to your physical fitness goals. By ridding of the unnatural preservatives and additives from your diet, your body and mind will be in harmony. Let us follow our ancestors’ steps to a stronger and healthier life!
