My name is Elyssia Maysee. I’m a 16 year old California Pomo. I am starting my senior year of high school and carry above a 3.0 gpa. I serve as President of our Native Education Raising Dedicated Students aka NERDS Club, and the Vice President of the Drama club. I’m an ambassador for the Center for Native Youth Champion for Change program and Generation Indigenous where I was able to attend the White House Youth Gathering and make new friends from all over the country. I spend my spare time serving local organizations by performing community service, doing special effects make up, beading gifts for friends, and performing with our local Main Street Theater Works. I aspire to attend an Academy of the Arts to major in Theater and Performing Arts. I am honored to be a part of the We R Native Family!!!
